Please allow up to 5 business days to verify and process your order and between 5-10 business days for delivery. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During high order volume periods we may require additional processing time.

For items sold out online, you can sign up to be notified when they become available.

From the product page, select the colour and size you want and then click on the "Notify Me When Available" button. Enter your email address and submit.

For purchases made online, you may return your purchases online. Please have your order number available for reference.

REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE

You can initiate a return within 14 days from the shipping date to receive a refund to the original method of payment.
Please note that a return postage fee (see below) will be deducted from the refund amount.

EXCHANGES & CREDIT

You can initiate an exchange for merchandise or credit within 30 days from the shipping date. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in new condition, unworn and unwashed, in original packaging with hangtags attached.

If you are returning multiple orders from the USA, please contact customer support for assistance.

To begin a return for an international order, please contact info@thisiswore.com with the following information: your order number, items you’d like to return.

GIFT RETURNS

Gifts are eligible for exchange or store credit. If you have received a gift, please email info@thisiswore.com

POSTAGE FEE

A postage fee enables us to offer pre-paid return labels for all orders. This fee helps cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse in Toronto.

Canadian returns are subject to a $8 postage fee, deducted from your refund. USA returns are subject to a $20 postage fee, deducted from your refund. International returns are subject to a $45 postage fee, deducted from your refund.
